Scheduling a Quality Estimate for Your Granite Countertops

Thanks for joining us, everybody. I’m Greg Fox. I am the owner of Fox Granite Countertops and today I wanted to talk to everybody about setting appointments and what happens in a sales appointment. I would love for you to give us a call or go through our website and request an estimate. We are always going to set the appointment at your convenience. We prefer eight to five, Monday through Friday. We’re happy to meet you after hours on a weekday or even on a Saturday. Just let me know, we’ll accommodate you. Now, what to
expect in an appointment, I’ll bring out all the samples with me, granite or quartz, depending on what you want. I’ll bring your edge profile to show you four different options. We’ll show you options for sinks as well as back splash. The meeting is only going to take 30 minutes to an hour. It’ll be super quick and easy. Painless, okay? Any questions you have, I’m happy to answer at the appointment. It doesn’t matter what it’s about, I got an answer for you. I want to make it really really pressure free. So we’re going to give you an estimate on the spot, hand it to you, let you take as much time as you need to make a really, really good decision. When you’re ready to sign up, whether it’s on
the spot, the first appointment, call us back at a later day when you’re prepared to move forward. At that point we will walk you through the steps from start to finish and how the job is going to go.
